Mindful Awareness & Kindness (Meditation) Program

We will offer a new session of our introductory Meditation course called MINDFUL AWARENESS & KINDNESS starting Sunday, MARCH 12 (meets 5 Sundays at 1:30-2:30 pm). Class size is limited; please call soon to reserve space in the course.

Learn to quiet the mind, cope with stress, and find increased well-being through Mindfulness practice. This practice enhances self-acceptance, helps free the mind from worry, and enables you to contact your own inner strength and calm. The course meets for 5 weeks with 1-hour classes.

Mindfulness Meditation Course for School Teachers

We now offer our introductory course, MINDFUL AWARENESS & Kindness Program, designed especially for school teachers. New sessions of the course will begin in March. Register for either: Monday nights at 7:15-8:00 pm, on March 13 through April 24 (skips April 3); or Wednesdays after school at 4:45-5:45 pm, on March 15 through April 19 (skips April 5). Class size is limited; please call soon to reserve space in the course. We offer a follow-up workshop for those who have completed this course and wish to present mindfulness techniques adapted for students in classroom settings.

Learn to quiet the mind, cope with stress, and deepen resilience through Mindfulness Meditation practice. Meditation helps us create a Pause before we act, which enables us not to be overwhelmed and provides a way to connect instead with inner calm, creativity and patience. With this practice we can spontaneously model mindful living for our students.
