Yoga Class Schedule
We conduct Yoga classes throughout the year, and they are available during the day and in the evening. Please contact us for dates of current and upcoming sessions or visit our Calendar page.
BEGINNERS YOGA CLASSES are usually held in 6-week sessions.
GENERAL YOGA CLASSES are usually held in 7-week sessions.
You are welcome to join a class after the starting date if space is available. Pre-registration is needed to join a class. To attend a single class on a “walk-in” basis, please call the day of the class to confirm class openings. For private instruction, please contact us to schedule a session.
